Absolutely loved the tasty meals at the restaurant, especially the fresh seafood that made my taste buds dance! The friendly staff made it all feel like a cozy family gathering. the vibrant atmosphere really set the mood for our stay.
The pricing certainly felt a pinch too high for the quality of the room—especially since we only stayed for a night. Plus, the parking situation was a bit dodgy, with everyone having a go at it, not just hotel guests.

The seafood dishes at the restaurant were outstandingly fresh and flavorful.
The room was significantly smaller than expected, restricting our comfort.

Great location and quiet room, but small room size limited comfort.

Trendy vibes, but not perfect
Had a pretty mixed experience. The decor was nice and everything was clean. The restaurant had good vibes, but the manager was super unhelpful. My drink had a fly in it, and when I pointed it out, he acted like I was imagining things. 😒 The room was kinda small, too. Not as spacious as the pics showed.

Had a blast with my friends! The room was spacious and super clean. We enjoyed tasty meals at the restaurant, and the staff were friendly and fun. We visited the beach and the pier, both were awesome spots to unwind. Just a heads up, parking can get tricky during peak times. I'd totally recommend this place.
The only downside was that the bed was a bit small for two people, making it a little cramped.

The location is perfect, right up on the cliff and close to the pier. Room 402 had a huge balcony with amazing views over the estuary. The staff proved incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing our stay. Loved the sharing steak for dinner. it was cooked just how I like it. Breakfast included a tasty full English, ideal for those with a big appetite. One downside, our shower instructions could use a bit more clarity, my first encounter was a bit confusing. the balcony furniture needs an upgrade. some nice chairs would really elevate the experience. A few more details would make this place exceptional, but overall it was a wonderful getaway in Southend.

The Superior Double Room was stunningly designed and provided a comfortable atmosphere. The outdoor seating area was a delightful spot to relax and take in the scenic views.
The absence of basic amenities such as a mini-fridge detracted from the overall experience.

The Calm Super King Estuary room was really comfy! The bed felt plush, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and clean, which is always a plus. Plus, the decor gave off a nice vibe. Just a heads up, the room ambiance was lovely, but I didn't get a clear view because of the layout. a cozy stay.

This place was just an excellent fit for resting in Southend-on-Sea, great for the money. The shower was amazing but didn't have a glass screen, so the bathroom floor was always wet.
